The POD 2 renovation project at a Downtown Toronto shelter focused on repairing damaged surfaces, refreshing common areas, and improving the overall appearance and functionality of the space. The project included drywall and wall repairs, patching holes and cracks, baseboard adjustments, surface preparation, and a complete repaint of the common areas.
To ensure long-lasting results in a high-use environment, we used high-quality, washable interior coatings designed for durability and easy maintenance. Walls, ceilings, doors, window frames, and trims were professionally refinished to provide a clean, modern, and consistent appearance throughout the facility.
The washroom renovation included wall and ceiling repairs, installation of moisture-resistant protective paneling, replacement of the light fixture, and the removal and reinstallation of the vanity, baseboards, and bathroom accessories. These upgrades improved both the appearance and durability of the space while helping protect surfaces from future wear.
