Gleancraft Services recently completed the renovation and restoration of Pod 3B at a downtown shelter, focusing on improving the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the space for residents.
The project included professional painting using durable washable finishes throughout the unit, with refreshed walls, ceilings, doors, frames, window trims, baseboards, and heater surfaces. Our team also completed minor repairs, including wall restoration, baseboard repairs, corner touch-ups, and securely reattaching the heater to the wall.
To restore the unit’s overall condition, we performed a detailed deep cleaning, including window blinds, window frames, interior and exterior glass, flooring, washroom surfaces, grout cleaning, and removal of smoke residue from doors and high-touch areas.
As part of our commitment to long-term maintenance solutions, we also recommended the installation of stainless steel corner guards in high-traffic areas to help protect newly finished walls from damage caused by daily activity and mobility equipment.
